The Cambridge School

The Cambridge School is a classical Christian educational institution located at 12855 Black Mountain Road in San Diego, California (92129). Serving students from Junior Kindergarten through the 12th grade, the school unites vigorous academic instruction with spiritual formation to shape students for lives of wisdom, virtue, and purpose. The educational approach relies on a time-tested model guided by the classical stages of learning: Grammar School, Logic School, and Rhetoric School. Through a teacher-led classroom environment, a knowledge-rich liberal arts curriculum, and sustained engagement with great works, students learn to think well, love rightly, and live wisely. The faculty serves as guides rather than mere facilitators, delivering direct instruction that passes foundational knowledge across disciplines to nurture both intellect and character.

Choosing The Cambridge School connects families with an integrated learning community committed to developing the whole person beyond the traditional school day. Its academic framework is paired with holistic programs, including athletics, a vibrant House System, Ministerium, theater performances, service projects, leadership opportunities, and mentorship. The school offers specialized college counseling to guide high schoolers toward future academic pursuits while maintaining a deeply rooted culture of faith, truth, goodness, and beauty. Prospective families can explore the admissions process through lateral entry options, tuition guidance, and structured campus visits or events. The Cambridge School delivers an enduring educational journey designed to equip students to engage the modern world with intellectual clarity, humility, and conviction.
