    Lead & Contact Data

    Name, email, phone, and service requests submitted through lead-capture forms on verified business report pages.

    Usage & Analytics Data

    Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns collected through standard analytics to improve our platform.

    Retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

    NAP Audit Reports published at nap.biz/report/[business-slug] are retained for 24 months to track historical consistency and provide ongoing SEO value. After 24 months, reports may be archived or removed.
