    By accessing or using NAP.BIZ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and business owners who access or use NAP.BIZ.

    2. Description of Service

    NAP.BIZ provides business NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency scanning, Trust Score reports, business verification, lead generation, and related SEO tools. Scan results are generated using simulated diagnostic analysis based on the data you provide and should be used as informational guidance to improve your online presence.

    3. Verification Accuracy & Disclaimer

    While NAP.BIZ audits publicly available business data across directories, the business owner is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

    NAP.BIZ Trust Scores and audit reports are informational tools. They do not constitute legal verification of business ownership, operational status, or regulatory compliance. A "Verified" badge indicates that a user has claimed ownership through our platform — it does not represent independent third-party verification of business identity.

    4. User Accounts

    To claim a business, access premium features, or manage leads, you must create an account via email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • All activities that occur under your account.
    • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    5. Business Claims & Ownership

    You may only claim businesses that you legally own or are authorized to represent.

    By claiming a business on NAP.BIZ, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of that business entity. False or fraudulent claims may result in immediate account termination, removal of the verified badge, and may be reported to applicable authorities.

    6. Subscription Plans & Billing

    NAP.BIZ offers the following paid subscription tiers:

    Verified Plan — $9/mo or $49/yr

    Includes a Verified Trust Badge, locked NAP across directories, monthly monitoring, basic analytics, and email support.

    Priority Plan — $29/mo or $199/yr

    Includes everything in Verified, plus priority lead generation, sync to 50+ map services, custom lead capture forms, advanced analytics & reporting, competitor NAP comparison, and priority support.

    • All subscriptions are recurring and billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
    • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. NAP.BIZ does not store credit card details.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
    • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact admin@nap.biz within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

    7. Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to:

    • Claim businesses you do not legally own or represent.
    • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
    • Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate other users or businesses.
    • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform without written consent.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
    • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content, code, design, branding, Trust Score algorithms, and report formats on NAP.BIZ are the exclusive property of NAP.BIZ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission. User-submitted business data remains the property of the submitting user.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    NAP.BIZ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAP.BIZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NAP.BIZ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

    11. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
